Label / Story

We press
records that
move rooms.

Born under Cleveland’s steel sky. Built in the Flats, pressed for the after-hours.

Light Plus One started where most labels end — a stack of dubplates, a borrowed warehouse off the Cuyahoga, and a sound that didn’t fit anywhere on the dial. We follow the line that runs from Midwest machine music through the city’s warehouse parties and lake-effect basements: house with the rust showing, techno with the soul left in.

Every release is mastered for vinyl, pressed in heavyweight 180g, and shipped out of Cleveland. Digital lives alongside it — no exclusives, no “digital-only bonus” tricks. The whole record, however you listen.

We sign records, not careers. If your music belongs in the third hour of a long night on the south shore of Lake Erie, send us a demo.
